MP pages showing future MPs in this constituency who are not

e.g. http://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/10327/gerald_kaufman/manchester%2C_gorton has a future MP who was in fact the previous MP.

Looking into this it's only happening where the current MP has been MP in another seat before. This is then throwing out the entered_house date as it refers to the MPs election in their previous seat.

The best fix for this would be #854 and not having these confusing sections on the MP page at all (I only added them to have some form of links to the old MPs we had just then added, a constituency page would be a better way of doing the same thing).

looking at the page for Chris Ruane, I saw there's a section on 'Future MPs in this constituency' but presume you mean previous.
