Link to 'explainer' in alerts

I'd like to make the suggestion that you have an editorial space linked to from alerts e.g. an Explanation link which explains concisely what the parliamentary jargon/technicalities mean e.g. "the programme motion for the bill”. Otherwise a significant proportion of these brilliant alerts remains impenetrable to most voters

We already have the glossary so this might be quite an easy one to effect? Update the glossary to make sure common terms are in there, then add the link?

Or a more sophisticated/satisfactory solution would obviously be to only include the link when the alert included terms we actually cover.
