Misaligned speeches in NI Assembly

I am emailing in regards to the debate mentioned in the subject line, available at this link https://www.theyworkforyou.com/ni/?id=2015-06-02.6.1&s=Abortion+%28Fatal+Foetal+Abnormality%29+Bill%3A+section%3Ani#g6.205

The debate appears to be muddled at some point as the speeches in the latter stage by each MLA appears to be referring to themselves in the third person at the later stage of the debate. For example, one MLA states that it is nauseating to follow Mr McCrea however this is shown as what Mr McCrea is saying himself.
