Actually I can't see a way to add new glossary entries.

I came across this definition on your web pages. https://www.theyworkforyou.com/glossary/?gl=214 Please could you invest sometime in making your website gender neutral, so important, for example, to ensure young people are not unconsciously laden with outdated stereotypes.

I suspect that in this case the user was brought up to use 'he' or 'him' as gender neutral, as was until very recently a commonly accepted usage - and some may argue still is? However I'd be happy to take on this task at some point if we can allow editing of glossary entries.
