Enable users to customise which columns to publish when publishing a projects dataset

I think it would be good to give users the option to chose what columns are published these when publishing a dataset.

Some of the default columns are mainly relevant to the project owner rather than the public, such as who extracted or classified a request. Additionally, sometimes projects may contain a catch-all notes question, which might contain internal comments that are not relevant to the data itself.
