Hover over to help categorise batch requests from dashboard
One of our users has surfaced a usability issue with categorising batch requests and suggested the following solution to help speed up the process:
When you have a large number of requests like I do (371) it's difficult to go through every one of them to review the reply. This is important because you often get an automated reply, meaning you need to mark possibly over 300 requests one by one.
My idea is, when you mouse over(hover your cursor) over the circled text, have a box that pops out and display the first 5 lines or so of the reply and have a button to mark it as awaiting response, then to the right of that button have a drop-down menu to select other status updates
