Automatically extract ZIP files

I'd imagine it might be impractical from a resource perspective, but it would improve usability. I'd not what to remove ZIP files entirely.

(This following a user being unable to open some ZIP files, this may be a problem on (certain) mobile devices.)

Risk: Large ZIP files will contain much more data, there is a risk of greater exposure being given to accidental data breaches made by authorities in their responses.

I like this idea, it would help with our aim of making information released via FOI responses more accessible.

Material currently left unindexed in .zips would end up in search engines
