Allow larger file uploads/attachments via "respond to request"
The "respond to request" link on WhatDoTheyKnow did not work for a 97MB file. Help pages suggest it won't work for files over about 50MB https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/help/officers#large_file
I don't know if this is an Alaveteli issue or an issue with the WhatDoTheyKnow server settings.

Improving this functionality would potentially reduce administration tasks on WDTK, as we could usefully provide public bodies with upload links, preventing data being hosted off-site (e.g. on Sharepoint or Dropbox) which runs the risk of removal at a later date.
+1 We had someone who contacted us today who wanted to respond to a request with a 151mb file. This would have helped.
If the problem (or a major part thereof) is about the storage of large files, then perhaps files could be compressed. For example, compressing images in PDFs to 300 dpi.

…uploading them before the request times out. Obviously this isn't an impossible problem to solve, and some of the underlying framework improvements we've gained recently probably make this easier than it was in the past.

Agree that this is a good pattern.
