Delay closure of appealed requests

At WhatDoTheyKnow.com we get occasional support requests asking us to re-open request threads which have been closed to further correspondence in cases where the case has been appealed to the ICO or tribunal.

Cases escalated to the ICO or tribunal could be marked / tagged and not closed in the usual way.

Cases escalated to the ICO or tribunal may eventually get a very delayed response.

While this impacts a small number of correspondence threads, they are perhaps more important/interesting ones as they have reached the ICO or tribunal.

Consider including requests set to "internal review".

All my requests are currently receiving ICO judgements which are being sent to me directly and are not being recieved as you have closed the cases. Please reopen them so Disclosed information as a result of ICO judgements gets recieved by me and uploaded

(I don't think they mean just the ICO decisions are being communicated directly, but the information being requested too).
