How to actually make this clone a voice?

I tried using this program, and I guess it only clones things like tones and accents but not the actual voice?

OpenVoice is designed to clone the tone colors but not all properties of the voice.

I believe this will work well when the base voice is relatively close to the training corpus. The tonality and accent should be a better fit.

So the key is to first find a base TTS that is relatively close to your target.
