Not effective when the software is fully exited

When the software starts and uses siri suggestions, everything works fine. However, when I completely end the software from the background and I use siri suggestions again, it only launches my software and that's it. Is this my problem? Or is this the case with this plugin itself? I hope I can get a solution, after all, the user can't always have my software started, thanks.
