Enhancement request. A way to get chip temperature

It would be nice, if somehow it were possible to get the chip temperature of the device. Don't know how exactly it will fit in the grc block.

Alternatively, could you suggest a python script I can run separately in the flowgraph to get chip temperature. Assuming that the main grc source/sink block is running and the script is executed in parallel.
