Multiple stores, printing labels

What went wrong?

We have configured multiple stores with different MyParcel backends. Print a label from Myparcel Backoffice produces a label with a store logo on it, as well as having the correct sender details.

Now from magento, when we select all PROCESSING orders from all our stores, and bulk generating labels, all the labels actually get printed with our default store logo + details. This should follow the label settings from the MyParcel backend actually.
