As a customer I don't want to proceed an order to the next status upon an error

Describe the bug It has been a problem forever, and now too with the latest plugin version: When any error might appear within Myparcel plugin, NEVER set the status as 'complete'.

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Use #613 to get an error situation. Witness the status of the order.
