This spec is affected by issue: https://github.com/sstephenson/ruby-build/issues/443 It fails for me on CentOS-6.4 x86_64 Fixed by using the patch described in that, re-tarballing, and pushing in to `SOURCES` dir.

This shows as 1.9.3p484, but p484 is the minor, so the proper output should be 1.9.3-p484 much like the current scheme `ftp://ftp.ruby-lang.org/pub/ruby/1.8/ruby-1.8.7-p330.tar.gz`
