Redmine-Periodic-Task plugin installation on Windows 7

Greetings from Chile! I'm relative new on Redmine (I just installed redmine yesterday) so I'm new installing plugins... somebody could write a step-by-step tutorial in order to install Redmine-Periodic-Task plugin?

I have a machine with Windows 7, and I have also redmine-2.2.3-0
