can't add device in dashboard

I have run a ct-front end. When I add a device to the dashboard it is not added inside. just show the only device.

I have also started the socketman and there are logs is here.

i'm using raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ -> stuck in device add in my dashboard. my device in install OpenWRT SNAPSHOT version and release
