[FEATURE] Toggle to change the themes

Is your feature request related to a problem? It's always frustrating to change the theme to gnome based and KDE based applications separately.

Describe the solution you'd like A toggle to change theme inside the ml4w app that would change theme for both the types of applications, Gtk and Qt.

@SyedArbaazHussain Got your point. Currently you need to open nwg-look for GTK and QT6 Settings for QT apps. That's what you mean, right?

Yes, this is a kind of work which shouldnt have multiple steps. it should have just 1 step.
