[FEATURE] Optionally adding Rainbow Borders

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not particularly. I want a feature related to borders.

Describe the solution you'd like With all due respect, ml4w borders are perfect with all the features it currently provides, although it would be more enhanced if it has rainbow borders implement it in next update or in the possible upcoming updates. You can check out this project script or this alternative project for inspiration or other similar projects and solutions.

Additional context While it should be optional while installing or updating the script. Here is a visual I am uploading for context.

Would it also work for a single color? I'm thinking a blue border based on the wallpaper but an animation to make it look like it's moving around the window. Something subtle.
