Additional context
This GTK theme doesn't affect to nautilus and dolphin files manager. As you can see, dock icons see a little ugly with a thin white border/shadow. When I need to select an image to upload on internet for example, I keep seeing the UI White Theme although I select Dark theme.

In the ml4w sidebar app, there is a theme switcher button on the top left. Press that to switch between light and dark theme. It will work well.

The theme switcher works correctly without problems. But the problem remains. When I switch to light theme, icons and GTK settings change to light theme. But if I switch to dark theme, UI ml4w changes but GTK settings not. And sometimes appears "ml4w sidebar app doesn't work correctly forcing to terminate or wait." (When I switch to dark theme, because I think a disengagement with GTK settings).
Perhaps it's problem of GTK or nwg-look.
