[FEATURE] Add more choice to the installer

So the Installer wastes a lot of time installing redundant stuff like vim when the user is using helix and is very opinionated in terms of installing stuff

Describe the solution you'd like

Add more options to the installer so it would be like this, for example "what text editor would you like" and there would be options like 1. Neovim 2. helix 3. custom and "what browser would you like" 1. librewolf 2. iceraven 3. ungoogled chromium 4. custom etc. options would like these would make the dotfiles way less opinionated
