[FEATURE] Set primary monitor inside the monitors/default.conf

Hi! So I do have a problem with setting my primary monitor. I was able to change the way the monitors are arranged, but I am not able to find anything on changing the primary monitor without a big hassle ^^

So my feature request is an easy way to set the primary monitor / arrange the monitors :D

(as you can see the HDMI-A-1 is on the left of DP-3, which is correct, but it also should be the primary monitor :p )
