建议限制 Sheet 的名称不能重复

建议限制 Sheet 的名称不能重复，与 Excel 一致，否则将数据导出到Excel的时候还要自行处理。

另外按文档方法初始化实例后，第一个 Sheet 的名称变成了 sheet2。
