Create a new release from master

It looks like this tool hasn't been updated for a while. But there are a couple of commits on master not included on the latest release. I'm particularly interested in cdbc688 (#149), which fixed a bunch of errors on our codebase.

I was wondering if a new pip package for 0.14 could be released. Then maybe mark the repo as read only if it is fully abandoned?
