Billing ANE doesn't correctly detect refunded purchaseStatus

I have License tester accounts on my Android device to test purchases on my app. I had one user buy all my in-app purchases, and then I refunded these in the Play Console.

However, when the ANE gets purchases it says all of their purchaseState values are 0, meaning it is purchased and not refunded.

I have refunded these purchases a month ago
