[Feature Request] Create a temporary fifo dir

I think that we need to create a temporary fifo dir when external command are used which should be cleaned up after. If there is any issue or any we are not able to rm the directory, we should reporting to the users, so they can manually remove it.

          Hi @billynoah you can use `--fifodir` to avoid using the backup dir, but I don't remember if we are wiping out that directory before using it. We might need to add some `--clear` option like `--clear-fifodir` to avoid seeing those messages on the log.
