I can reproduce this, it takes a lot longer for Scratch Addons to run its scripts than before the update.
The problem with doing it for more than just the report page is that the rest of the site mostly consists of actual discussions. Using templates there wouldn't work great...

Yes, sorry, that was incorrect. It requires you to create an account at a certain request point, though.
As this is a userstyle, this could probably pretty easily be disabled and enabled dynamically.

Isn't the position functionality already in the iframe extension?
Instead of `computer`, `devices` might be a better fit for the browser/os button.
