Default theme should be renamed to Base Theme

Default theme should be renamed as Stock Theme or something alike. Specially in a scenario when you can set any theme as default. The "default" by name and "default" in nature misguides and creates confusion.

As per discussion over discord the name should be Base Theme.

For me it could be named MyBB Stock Theme. But it would be nice to just decide together how we should name it, since MyBB is all about people that are contributing and allow it to be better and better :)

As per my opinion it should be Stock too. Base indicates something like others inherits things from. Like we use MyBB Master Style. But: snap Do we need a poll for this? @Ben-MyBB

Base could be confusing from a user point of view, maybe we should name the theme itself
