@awxiaoxian2020 I think the basic infrastructure is now setup correctly. Do you plan to make additional commits to this PR as you translate the pages, or will you make additional PRs as you make progress?

Yes,I will add more translations about the docs. I don't think it's urgent to launch the Chinese version. So let it be draft for the time being. I will translate the docs when I'm avalible. :) Thanks for your help!
