Missing fuel stations in NL (addition to issue #61)

current provider in NL is brandstof-zoeker.nl, but is lacking quite a few stations, and some are no longer available. Maybe https://www.independer.nl/autoverzekering/info/brandstofprijzen may be a good source, but I'm not sure whether they have an API or polling restrictions. Flitsmeister.nl does have a good database of fuel prices in their mobile app, but I don't know whether they have an API, or who is their data provider. Same for ANWB.nl (fuel prices in mobile app)
