Possibility to download log

Hello,

It should be nice to have a button to be able to download a log file, viewing the log in the browser can cause problems for big log file.

The log can be download from scrapyd but it also means we have to bind_address: 0.0.0.0 and then configure an http authentification for scrapyd (which is not available out of the box). Should be nice to be able to download the log directly from Scrapydweb.
