Updated README.md for better clarity and installation instructions

I added some additional instruction with additional steps

This completely ignores the fact (via removing it from me README.md) that still the docker compose would require the ollama server to function, making it not functional, and there are some templates without filling as well.

I personally always appreciate a better explained guide or tutorial, but in this case the aforomentioned steps are critical, I am afraid.
