Feature request: Add keyboard shortcuts for menu commands

When setting up the gauges, one needs to switch back and forth a lot between locked layout and edit layout mode to check the final result (especially when gauges are small and edit buttons are covering a significant part of the gauge). This means three clicks every time (menu -> configuration -> lock layout) and becomes annoying after a while.

So if a keyboard is available, it would be nice to be able to use hotkeys to access menu commands. Most importantly to toggle between edit/lock layout, but also for other frequently used menu items (toggle fullscreen, settings-zones and settings-datasets).
