Gears not allowing to select expertise.

There is not field to select expertise lvl on gears, only weapons and skills.

We do need to add it, but the UI is cramped requiring some thoughts to how me show it, and that's not at the top of our list currently. It's already logged in our todo list so we won't forget about it.
