Add stacked portfolio area chart

Summary

• convert the finance portfolio chart to a stacked area view that visualizes each holding separately
• add per-holding colors, fills, legend entries, and detailed tooltip values while keeping money visibility controls

Testing

• pnpm exec tsc --noEmit
• pnpm build (fails: unable to fetch Inter font from Google Fonts in this environment)
