Should I finish college and get a CS degree?

I see that you dropped out of college (twice) and I'm thinking about doing the same. Obviously, I won't just drop out but I'll wait until I secure a good job in the field, however, as an idea, and if that condition is met, is dropping out a good option?

NB: the college I'm currently attending (ESSTHS in Sousse, Tunisia) is way worse than your college, which clearly means that the quality of education here, especially that of CS, is terrible (without going into many details).
