create a simple way to add attributes to the command line tasks

create a way for end users to add their own attributes to any command line task, so that they can add custom attributes that provide command line parameters, easily.

not quite sure how this would work from syntax... would the user have to know the class name to extend it with a module? or could we provide an Albacore.config way of doing it? hmmm... need to think this through.
