kill .options in nunit task

the .options attribute is a duplicate of the .parameters that exists in the runcommand module and needs to go away. also check other tasks to make sure we're not duplicating this anywhere else

this turned out to not be easy. i'm going to take this out of the 0.2 release, unless i find time to really re-think how the 'test runners' are being handled

there's a lot of work involved in making this happen. for now, it's going to have to remain an oddity in the code base. I don't think the issue should be closed... but I don't think it's going to get worked on any time soon, either
