中文数据只能上传到官网来评估

ReCTS的模型需要去官方网站上传去评估，epoch数量去[config](https://github.com/mxin262/SwinTextSpotter/tree/main/projects/SWINTS/configs)那里修改

是按照readme微调吗？这些可以根据数据的特点做一些修改
