update installation guide

I've tried installing pairs.one on my local machine folowing the installation instructions within the git-repo. But as there's no packages.json after cloning, the installation fails at this point. I would like to add more memory-sets but want to test them first before comitting. As I am not familiar with your software-stack I need an updated installation manual.
