'Downloading' → 'Downloaded' in warning message for alternate URLs

Doing an mxe build I see the following,

[download]    harfbuzz-2.7.4.tar.gz
MXE Warning! Downloading harfbuzz from second URL.

The mxe warning appears after the tar bundle has already been downloaded. I thus suggest that the warning message looks like the following.

[download]    harfbuzz-2.7.4.tar.gz
MXE Warning! Downloaded harfbuzz from second URL.
