I'm not a Swift guy anymore (sadly). So I missed this update to the language. Also I haven't time to add it. The codebase isn't too taxing. Testing it locally...
Pretty sure this was happening for us because you have to call `close` on the return from `run` and we weren’t doing that, so eventually we used all the fds...

Changed it to a working gist
Provided it operates in a subshell the `cd` is safe. I prefer doing *less* and relying on `sed` with its platform specific quirks seems riskier.
This should be added to `--magic`
