Timeout for the first request

HI,

We successfully added Request Reduce to our Project. Ever since we enabled the module, the first request after a rebuild (or a reinstall on a production machine) is never processed (it seems to hang in the request reduce module) all subsequent requests are working fine. Unfortunatly there is no IIS-Log since the request is never fully processed. As soon as I remove the RR-Module from the web.config, everything works fine.

Any ideas as to why this happens?
