combressed js files listed in RequestReduceContent ,but the raw js files exist in the browser ,why?

There is minified and combined js files listed in RequestReduceContent folder ,but the raw js files exist in the browser and the page load time does not reduce ,why? can you tell me is there some mistake configuration about RequestReduce? Thank you in advance.
