[BUG] - Status Presets - Menu doesn't open

Describe the bug The menu no longer opens when right clicking the status menu. It's been like this for about a week now, and I was hoping it was simply an issue on my Discord's end or a quick fix.

To Reproduce Open the user modal, right click add status, the menu will not open.

Expected behavior The menu should open when right clicking the add status button on the user modal.

Discord Build (stable, ptb or canary): Stable

Additional context If a status is already active (manually added), then the menu WILL appear when right clicking. This bug only occurs if there is no currently set status.
