[Work on emojis/reactions] - ChatFilter

I would like the ability for ChatFilter to work on emojis and reactions as well. Currently, I'm able to substitute or censor emojis in main text via a combination of a custom plugin that replaces emojis with their text meanings (such as :laughing:, etc.) so I read the text instead. With that, ChatFilter is able to hide the emoji text of emojis that I find super annoying, but it is not able to do anything about the reactions, and likely would not work on emojis in the main text without that special plugin to translate the emojis back to text.

I currently use EmojiUtilities to blacklist emojis entirely, but it just hides reactions and doesn't let me know what exactly is being hidden. With multiple emojis blocked, it is difficult to know the emotional tone of the reaction used, and now that EmojiUtilities is no longer supported, I have to add new emojis to the blocklist via the 18-digit code in the json config file, rather than through the context menu (which does not work properly due to the Discord update which allowed the context menu to favorite emojis).

I'm a member of a server which likes to use custom emoji frequently, and I find many of those custom emoji painfully ugly, cringe-y, or creepy. Having the ability to deal with them by manually substituting existing emoji that are tolerable would be a huge help.
