Default Property or last used Property buttons

Would it be a good idea to make a default and/or last used property list in the add property dialog?

Maybe on the right or bottom side.

This could be very useful to insert a bunch of e.g. angle or length properties one after the other.

After adding a property instead of pressing OK, press Ctrl+OK (for Ok and continue). This will bring back up the add property dialog with the previous property type as default. Perhaps I should change this working to something like Ctrl+OK = add another.
