All BlackBerry 5 devices fire mouse events - even the Storm (to my understanding). Just need to make sure that the initEvent function works fine on BrowserField2

Cleanup after each test

Each test should have a chance to clean up. For example, jQTouch can reset the history.

This will remove the need to use `this.window....` syntax within each assertion function.

In order to assure that implicit assertions are implemented by each handler.

At the moment, the default handler has to use `toPage(id)` to convert incoming IDs to a HTML page. Maybe the specs can use variables, which the handler can define.

Since the last update, there are both new platforms and new target screens.

It would be more managed as an external JSON file.
