Let's decide on the minimum version supported for iOS.

Well, as Cordova/PhoneGap is itself discussing a minimum of iOS 5.x, maybe that is a good cut off?

@shazron are there any SDK differences between iOS 5.x and iOS 6.x that you can foresee?
