[Bug] Likely an issue in merging results if mixing MS1 and MS2 datatypes in the two queries

Its possible that results from two different columns sets

One failure case is

  1. File has only MS2 spectra
  2. File has only MS1 spectra

You do a query that is an OR

QUERY scaninfo(MS1DATA) ||| QUERY scaninfo(MS2DATA)

This will cause failure
